Celebrating Black History Month: Smoking Candy

9 Year old Tyree Lewis of Stuckey South Carolina is generally credited as being the first kid to introduce the art of smoking Smarties Candies to the children in school. This historical act is now celebrated by making kids show ID at the drug store to get the sugary pellet candy.
