Playboy Bunny Turns Sugar Daddy to Peanut Brittle

California psychiatrist Dr. Thomas Burchard, 71, had been paying numerous bills of 29-year-old ex-Playboy model Kelsey Turner, according to court documents. Over the two-year relationship, Burchard gave Turner at least $300,000, according to Judy Earp – the girlfriend of the psychiatrist.

In March 2019, Burchard drove to Turner’s Las Vegas apartment – for which he had been paying the rent. Police say Burchard intended to break off the relationship and end the generous financial support to Turner’s lifestyle during the visit.

On March 7, 2019, Burchard’s bludgeoned body was found stuffed in the trunk of an abandoned car near Lake Mead outside Las Vegas. Investigators determined that Burchard died of blunt force trauma to the head, and his death was ruled a homicide.

The Mercedes-Benz C300 that Burchard’s body was discovered in was owned by Turner.
