Myspace- A Place for Statutory Gay Rape:
A boy-lover is doing hard time in Nashville. From NSMV4 here, with a nod to MyCrimeSpace for the story:
Police arrested Ryan Matthew Adams, 21, at a house in Murfreesboro and say he contacted a 14 year-old boy in Williamson County through Myspace.com.
Investigators say Adams and the boy made initial contact while Adams was living in Minneapolis. They continued to communicate by phone and the internet after Adams moved to Rutherford County.
After developing an on-line relationship, police say he picked up the boy and drove him to Rutherford County where the two engaged in sexual activity on three occasions.
Adams has been charged with three counts of statutory rape and is being held in the Rutherford County jail on $300,000 bond.
Its a good thing that Adams likes boy on boy action. He will get plenty of that where he’s going. His myspace profile is here.
Ick! This guy is now leading a “social organization” called the lake calhoun boys – for young gay boys in Minneapolis, MN. Recruiting some more?
Does anyone know if he was convicted?
I was checking the sex offender registries for both Minnesota and for Tennessee and didn’t see him registered. The original link to this story is pretty old. I’ll keep checking, but yes, this is indeed creepy.
What’s worse, he’s started a new organization for young gay boys in MN.

It seems wrong that he’s once again targeting these young boys – none of whom know this history.
He wasn’t convicted. There was an but no conviction or he would be on the registry in the states of MN and TN as well as the national registry.
I know of the LCB and I am a friend on facebook of Jared Quart’s who know one seems to actually know, so his attempt at defrauding an organization that has only done good for the community is pretty sick. That group is not targeted at young adults, pretty sure its 18 plus for events for one and also the core of the group is like men 25-35, so if that is young these days..by all means cradle robber.

defender – ur wrong- LCB events are open to anyone. only certain events are 21+ because of bar regluations – lcb makes no attempt to have it 18+. I knew Ryan adams when he first went to the University of St Thomas. He was a creeper back then – then moved to TN, got himself in trouble and then came back to MN. Oh – and yes, Ryan Adams does have a criminal background, he just had the conviction plead down so he didn’t have to be registered. He’s still on probation in TN but allowed to be in MN.
ask around- the going joke about Ryan Matthew Adams in his circle is that he likes going after young boys. sick sick sick that people would even joke about that. Defend him if you must, it’s understandable. Ryan Matthew Adams has already paid for these actions through the legal system.
My only concern is that it happens again. I don’t think Jared is preying on gay men. He came across this and was genuinly concerned about someone who has a past of manipulating young boys and now leading an organization that albeit doesn’t market to that demogrphaic, uses the social media that most young boys of that age uses.
