Rich White Liberal Politicians in San Jose Want to Put Homeless in Sheds

Ah the altruistic heart of liberals! In San Jose, where only four homeless people managed to die during the “cold” winter, the politicians are trying to outdo one another by proposing which types of sheds they want to force the homeless people to live in. These sheds are the size of prison cells, have no running water, and the idea is to stack all the crazy, drug-addicted, trash-hoarding, anti-social people into a tiny wooden neighborhood. I guess to see how long it takes for one of them to burn the whole place down?

A new idea is taking shape in San Jose to help the down and out get out of tents and doorways and into more sturdy shelters. The idea involves building new neighborhoods for the homeless with shed-sized buildings.

But with sturdy doors and windows, two-by-four construction, insulation and built-in electrical wiring they could be very livable.

Two councilmembers who are running against each other for mayor have jointly written a memo calling on the city to build new neighborhoods for the homeless using shed-sized “microhouses” or “housing pods.”

The dwellings can be built for about $5,000. They are typically under 150 square feet, with no running water. Bathrooms and kitchens would be communal

Niklaus said there are 7,000 homeless people in San Jose, and with rising rents and shortages of housing, more are being added every day.

Liberals are so in love with communism they want to force society’s weakest to live in a commune. It will show the world what a big freakin’ heart they have. But disease, crazy, drugs and despair will be rampant and such a plan will never work. Who gets to pick which people get to live in the pods? Who will police the commune to kick people out if they start making money?

Liberals keep trying to make blacks and poor people live like stockyard animals. Remember the proposal to build homes out of wooden pallets? Or out of used cargo containers?
