Thor Guard

Being new to the region, I haven’t seen anything like this Thor Guard device. It’s a self- contained early warning device for lightning detection. It is solar powered, grounded, and measures the static electricity in the air via the two charged silver domes. If conditions are right, a klaxon will sound.
