GLAAD Butthurt Over Phil Robertson Return to Duck Dynasty

GLAAD, the pro gay advocacy group, who employs members who teach “anal fisting” to junior high school kids, is extremely butthurt over A&E’s reinstatement of Phil Robertson to the hit TV show of Duck Dynasty. They demand that Phil look gay people in the eye or something or other.

Phil Robertson, the patriarch of A&E’s Duck Dynasty clan who was suspended from his hit reality series on Dec. 18 following some incendiary comments about gay people, won’t be put on hiatus after all.

The network and the Robertson family announced Friday that Phil will still be part of the series — and since he didn’t miss any filming, his temporary suspension will have no effect on the upcoming fifth season.

GLAAD issued its own reaction to Robertson’s reinstatement: “Phil Robertson should look African American and gay people in the eyes and hear about the hurtful impact of praising Jim Crow laws and comparing gay people to terrorists. If dialogue with Phil is not part of next steps then A+E has chosen profits over African American and gay people – especially its employees and viewers.”

Don’t you just love how these folks think they can dictate what a corporation should or shouldn’t do?
