Piggybacking Tree Frogs
Piggybacking Tree Frogs, a photo by BelchSpeak on Flickr.
I fished these lovebirds out of the pool last night in Key West. I’m pretty certain these are a mating pair with the smaller male clinging tightly to his future baby mama.
When I fished them out of the pool, I thought it was only one frog. On my first attempt to get the frog out, I was able to place it pool-side but the stupid thing hopped back into the pool again. So we got the pool strainer to get it out and were surprised to find that it was actually two frogs. It’s not easy being green.
