Time to Ticket and Imprison Fatties
The soda pop ban in New York City was intended to save all Americans from the skyrocketing cost of healthcare that is attributed to obesity. Even Chicago Mayor Rahm Emmanuel agrees with Bloomberg that the cost of obesity will wreck the economy. Now that the ludicrous soda pop ban was struck down by a judge, what will Mayor Bloomberg do next? I think its time that fatties get ticketed. Three tickets, and they get imprisoned in fat camps. I mean, why not?

Mayor Bloomberg says costs of treating obesity will ‘bury all of us’
Bloomberg argued that his administration banned big sodas because the federal and state governments are not doing enough to fight obesity. He said the judge who struck down the ban ‘is 100 percent wrong.’
Mayor Bloomberg warned that the cost of treating obesity “is going to bury all of us” on Wednesday as he continued to defend his proposed big-soda ban.
“We think the judge is 100 percent wrong,” Bloomberg said on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” before making his case for putting limits on sugary drinks over 16 ounces.
Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Milton Tingling struck down the ban on Monday, calling it “arbitrary and capricious.”
“More people will die from overeating than starvation,” Bloomberg argued Wednesday morning, adding that obesity has “gone from a rich person’s disease to a poor people’s disease.”
He got a vote of support from Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel, who appeared on “Morning Joe” with Bloomberg and other mayors to talk about urban challenges.
“We have a different approach, but Mike and I share the same goal,” Emanuel said, arguing that health care costs will eventually “swamp” the country.
So there you have it. Obesity is the problem, then the obese should pay the penalty, not the fit and trim. Remember the big fat bitch who broke the NYC sidewalk outside a chicken wing restaurant? She should simply be ticketed for being too fat for the city. Anyone getting three tickets should be carried off to a fatcamp in a front-end loader and not let out until their BMI falls to a Bloomberg-approved level. Oh, and stop paying for their insurance if they are such a drain on society.
