I didn’t see an assault. I saw a woman attempt theft, some kids retrieve their property, and then leave the premises as asked. That woman fell down on her own.
i rewatched it what i saw was an old lady falling down all on her own in an attempt at either kidnapping or unsuccessful citizens arrest. the first time i thought it was when he took the board but it was when she lunged to catch a kid without a board. old and rollie will always loose to young and fit. and in all honesty even if the cops wanted to be nasty an assault change would be hard to make stick. misdemeanor trespassing if posted maybe although he was still mucking about after she asked them to stop
