Frog in a Flower Pot

For weeks we have had a large bullfrog as a nightly visitor to our porch area, and I often wondered where he hid out at during the day. My son discovered his base of operations this morning on our way to school.

The frog has repurposed an empty flower pot as a burrow, and his head was still sticking up from the dirt as the sun rose.

Some say that rosemary my the garden gate is good luck. Me, I’ll take a toad in a flower pot over that anyday.
