Romney Sticker at Chick-Fil-A

The lines at Chick-Fil-A were wrapped around the block, creating a traffic hazard in Reston this morning around 11:45. It was rainy, and it was also Chcik-Fil-A Appreciation day.

Once we got into line, it went very quickly. By the time we ordered three combination orders, the line between the speaker and the pickup window was empty. We drove to the window and the order was already in the bag and we struggled to get all the food into the car.

Inside there were about a dozen additional employees behind the counter to handle the insurgent mob of hungry conservatives, smiling parents and even happy policemen.

On the radio Chris Plante was talking to other Chick-Fil-A customers who were laughing about the outpouring of support for our favorite local eateries. I was joking that it is almost election time and finally, Obama has managed to create a few new jobs- at Chick-fil-A.
