Azn Reporter Has Face Broken by Marauding Clown

An Asian reporter was pulled from a Halloween parade float by a clown. His face was broken, but at least he made sure to have the news article mention that he had won an emmy.

Emmy-winning WPIX reporter Arthur Chi’en suffered extensive facial fractures after being dragged off a Greenwich Village Halloween Parade float by a marauding clown.

“He was trying to scale the float and he grabbed my arm,” said the veteran newsman, whose face was shattered in six places when he was pulled off the float as it neared W. 14th St. just after 9 p.m.

Channel 11 aired the 38th annual Halloween Parade for the first time Sunday as part of its “Shocktober” promotion.

All clowns are marauders. They get “all maraudy” whenever they slather on the facepaint. Arthur Chi’en deserved to have his face busted for using the phrase “shocktober” on the air.
