Moon Mater to the Rescue
We picked up the Mater Tall Tales on Blu-Ray today. It has two new shorts that are pretty awesome. The screenshot below is from Moon Mater in which he is recruited as an emergency Auto-naut to go to the moon and rescue a stranded vehicle, “Impala 13.”
The Impala is a 1969 fastback model and the entire short Carstoon is an homage to the great movies about the Space Race, notably Apollo 13 and the Right Stuff.
