Jerry Brown Helped Exterminate Black People

The elderly liberal whackjob Jerry Brown, running for Governor of California, promoted a madman who would be famous for killing more blacks in modern history than any other man. Yep, he wrote glowing letters of recommendation and support for Jim Jones and his Peoples’ Temple when he had previously served as Governor.

Jones was allied with Jerry Brown, Harvey Milk, Willie Brown and the liberal who’s who in California. He even met with Walter Mondale and Rosalynn Carter. Jerry Brown shared the pulpit at a Temple Ceremony in 1977 when Jones was given the Martin Luther King Jr. award by the outrageous “Rev.” Cecil Williams (who once used his Glide Memorial Church to host a prostitute convention). Later in 1977, Jones and his flock (mostly black) left San Francisco after stories of beatings and abuse finally became known, after being censored by the press for the previous five years. Jones led his flock to commit suicide (many including children were killed), after Temple gunmen killed Rep. Leo Ryan in Jonestown, Guyana in 1978.

So what about that, libs? Jerry Brown and other California liberals were friends with and supported by a maniac who killed more blacks than any single Grand Wizard of the Ku Klux Klan.

According to Wikipedia, Jim Jones made his decision to flee San Francisco when he was phoned by a reporter who had several recommendations in her hand from the Governor Jerry Brown saying what great work Jones was doing. But in fact, he was an abusive priest of his own cult and that story was about to break wide open.

Increasing media scrutiny based upon allegations by former members placed further pressure on Jones in 1977, in particular, an article by Marshall Kilduff in New West Magazine. Just before publication of the New West piece, editor Rosalie Wright telephoned Jones to read him the article. Wright explained that she was only doing so before publication because of “all the support letters we received on your behalf, from the Governor of California (Jerry Brown)” and others. While still on the phone listening to the allegations contained in the article, Jones wrote a note to Temple members in the room with him that said, “We leave tonight. Notify Georgetown (Guyana).”
After Jim Jones left for Guyana, he encouraged Temple members to follow him there. The population grew to over 900 people by late 1978. Those who moved there were promised a tropical paradise, free from the supposed wickedness of the outside world.

And of course we now have the famous phrase of “drinking the Kool-Aid” because of what Jim Jones and his blind followers did there. And with so many liberals in California on Jerry Brown’s bandwagon, it seems like most of them have been drinking the Kool-Aid too.
