Cartney on the Carnival Dragon
Friday night we stopped by Dulles Mall and found the Coles Brothers Carnival setup in a field nearby. Cartney had to pay his respects to his old friend, the dragon coaster. Nothing beats carnival rides and cotton candy to kick off Independence Day weekend!
