Rapper/Producer Shawty Redd Murdered Some Black Dude

A rapper jailed for murdering another black guy? The hell you say! But its true. The producer for such rap talents as Young Jezzy and Snoop Dogg had an argument with some black guy named Damon, then took out a gun and shot him dead. Shawty is now in jail working on his new career as “bitch.”

Music producer Demetrius Lee Stewart, known as Shawty Redd, is being held in a suburban Atlanta jail on a murder charge.

Damon Martin was not an intruder but apparently an invited guest at a New Year’s Eve party hosted by Stewart at his home in Hampton, Ga, about 30 miles southeast of Atlanta. By 6AM the following morning, Stewart and Martin were allgedly the only people left in Stewart’s home, which means Stewart is the only surviving witness to the shooting and the events that preceded it.

Henry County police responded to a ‘shots fired’ call, and arrested Stewart at his home. He is presently being held without bond on a murder charge; court proceedings have been put over until January 12, 2010, when Stewart’s attorney can make an appearance.

Meanwhile, Stewart reportedly told authorities that he and Martin argued, and that Martin threatened violence. Thinking his life might be in danger, Stewart got his gun and shot the 35 year old Detroiter.

Shawty finally got that street cred he’s been lacking. Congrats Shawty!
