Sick: The Video Version of the WWF Ad
Just in time for the anniversary of the September 11th attacks comes this video from the World Wildlife Foundation depicting scores of hijacked airplanes hitting New York City. Despite WWF’s official protests, you don’t get an ad this far without official sanction of the client. Remember this video next time you feel like contributing to this whackjob organization.

UPDATE: The original YouTube video has been yanked down because the DDB ad agency is claiming it was uploaded in violation of their copyrights. Hilariously, these same assholes are also claiming that they did not create nor authorize this video. So how can you both disavow ownership and also claim copyright over the same video? They also entered the spot in Cannes according to this site.
That, quite honestly, is the most egregiously disgusting thing I’ve seen. We should see if tax dollars help to fund them and, if so, yank it back! Completely unconscionable and repulsive.
