Fake Woman Turns to Fake Priest of Fake Religion and Finds True Death
I don’t know about the rest of you, but whenever I think of Voodoo priests and rituals, I automatically think about South Jersey. Some dude who crossdressed and called himself “Lucy” flew from Little Rock, Arkansas to take part in a failtastic voodoo ritual and croaked on the fake voodoo priest’s basement floor.

LUCILLE HAMILTON paid $621 to have her his”spiritual grime” removed by a voodoo high priest in an ordinary townhouse on a winding street in Camden County, a friend said.
Hamilton, 21, a male living as a woman, flew in on Friday from her his home in Little Rock, Ark., to take part in a three-day spiritual cleansing referred to on the priest’s Web site as “Lave Tet.”
By Saturday night Hamilton was dead, and authorities are awaiting results of an autopsy and toxicology tests to determine exactly what happened. No charges have been filed.
Billie Miller, Hamilton’s boss at Arkansas Flag and Banner, said Hamilton was a devout Catholic, with an image of Our Lady of Guadalupe tattooed on her his foot, but was also interested in voodoo.
She said Hamilton – who used the name Lucie Marie on Facebook – had been saving money to travel to New Jersey, but was not planning to undergo a sex change.
The voodoo priest identifies himself as Houngan Hector, who claims he was initiated as a senior priest in Haiti, on his Gade Nou Leve Society Web site, which says the three-day Lave Tet ceremony was to begin Friday.
Lave Tet (from the French laver tete) literally means head-washing, according to several Haitian voodoo Web sites.
Someone called 9-1-1 from the home about 11 p.m. Saturday. Police found eight people there – including Hamilton, who was pronounced dead at the scene. Seven others, including Hector, were taken to Virtua Hospital as a precaution and later released.
Isn’t it hilarious how some people can claim that a devout catholic would be into all of the voodoo rituals and into crossdressing? How about “barely” catholic, or “heard about catholocism and said ‘um, no.'”
Sounds to me like this voodoo genius was burning coals in his basement and the carbon monoxide killed this crossdresser. That’s why everyone else had to be checked out at the hospital too.

Hamilton was a man. No amount of insistence on your’s, or any other person’s part, will change this simple, basic and true fact. I fail to see how pointing this out was disrespectful to him.

I know Houngan Hector personally and this man is the real deal. Iv’e been initiated by him in the same way as Lucille Hamilton was. And because i am still alive and well, i can tell you nothing fishy happens during a lave tet and no coals are burned haha. Your opinion is solely based on a article that you read online and your own imagination. If you would have researched the matter more thoroughly you would have seen that Houngan Hector has been acquitted from any suspicion by a judge and that the cause of death had nothing to do what went om during this lave tet. The reason that all of the participants where brought to the hospital is that the police wanted to know if any alcohol or drugs where administrated during the ceremony, which they found out after blood tests, was not the case. The reason that i know this and more is because my Vodou Mama ( the woman who initiated me with Papa Hector) was there sleeping in the same room as Lucille Hamilton, so i got the story first hand and not from the internet as you did. Btw you clearly don’t know much about Vodou because i can tell you that manny people who practice Vodou are in fact roman catholics or protestants, this is actually a common thing. So please next time before you want to write something just because you have an opinion, please do your research first because you do not want to come across as stupid…
