Reason 720 to HomeSchool: Your Retarded Daughter Won’t Be Taught By Crackheads

You know what they say? Crack suppresses your libido. The only reason this teacher wasn’t raping her retarded students is because she was high on crack all the time.

The head of a city high school’s special-education department was arrested Wednesday at school administration headquarters on a warrant charging her with felony conspiracy to violate narcotics laws.

Victoria Carter, 58, was being held on $40,000 bail at Central Booking and Intake Center. Carter heads the Department of Special Education at Northwestern High School.

During the mid-March raid of Carter’s home, narcotics detectives seized 50 grams of suspected crack cocaine in the house, a weighing scale, a small quantity of crack cocaine in the Victoria Carter’s 2004 BMW, which was seized, and nearly $1,000. He said the seized crack cocaine had a street value of at least $4,000.

Of course, as with all teachers, she gets to keep her job and get paid to stay home until she is convicted of this crime in court.
