Marvel’s New Gay Superhero?

I saw this on Drudge about how Stan Lee is going to make a TV show about a gay superhero. My spider-sense is tingling and I detect… Ratings Doom!

SPIDER-MAN creator Stan Lee is to unveil the world’s first gay superhero.  High school basketball star Thom Creed hides his developing superpowers along with his sexuality.

Former Marvel Comics boss Stan, 86 — who also created the Hulk and the X-Men — will unleash the character in an hour-long TV drama being shot in the US.  If it’s a hit there it will cross to the UK.  TV execs hope it will rival the huge success of shows likes Heroes.

Holy Rectal Prolapse, Batman!  He will be called “Queen Marvelous.”  Here is the inside scoop on the new gay superhero’s superpowers:

1. Gaydar:  the ability to spot other gays and evildoers
2. Outting Beam:  The ability to out another homosexual.  It makes the parents cry and leaves the homosexuals feeling isolated and angry.  It works well on petty thieves too.
3. Telekinetic Pink Sock:  Uh, yeah.  Kinda gross. Only used in anger.
4. Vocal Disguise:  In addition to turning on and off his fake lisp, Queen marvelous has the ability to mimic other voices.
5. Sidekick Unicorn with Rainbow Ray®:  Valiant steed, which is also gay, can shoot rainbow rays of happiness from its horn.  It makes villains and Republicans want to vote against gay marriage bans.
6. Hair Styling Gel of Justice:  Queen Marvelous can give wrongdoers a makeover using a fabulous hair gel that saps the masculinity from them.
7. Not so much a power as an ability-  QM can really match furniture to decor.
