An elementary school in Detroit is begging for donations of toilet paper and light bulbs to keep the school operational. This is what happens when Democrats infest every single level of government from the lowliest sewer cleaner to the Governor of Michigan.

A Detroit elementary school is asking for donations of toilet paper and light bulbs to keep their school functioning.
The principal of the Academy of Americas sent a letter to staff, parents and partners asking for donations of items “that are of the utmost importance for proper school functioning and most importantly for student health and safety.”
In the letter, Principal Naomi Khalil cited budget constraints within the district as the reason why the school could no longer stock the items.
The district is grappling with a more than $400 million budget deficit. The letter asks for toilet paper, paper towel rolls, trash bags and 60, 100 or 150-watt light bulbs.
I wonder if they are getting those screwy Al-Gore lightbulbs or will carbon spewing, whale killing standard GE softlight bulbs work?

The school uses the language immersion model to keep native Spanish speaking families connected to their heritage while introducing a different culture to English speakers. This approach allows diverse groups in community to appreciate each others’ culture and to accept unique differences. For instance, besides celebrating Hispanic holidays, the Academy celebrates African History Month and other different cultural activities.
The Academy also keeps families updated on community issues and events and get involved in neighborhood issues. Concern about gang violence became a community concern with community members invited to collectively address drug and gang related issues with positive action steps. Overall the Academy frequently sends out community reviews to ensure high participation and development, while promoting community pride.
What the holy hell does any of this liberal speak mean??! Anyone that can translate, please let me know WTF this says by posting a comment below. WTF is a language immersion model? And if the latino bastards wanted to “keep their heritage,” why didn’t they stay the hell on the other side of the southern border? And how in the hell are “positive action steps” going to keep the kids from getting “jumped in” to the Latin Kings or MS-13 or whichever other gang is controlling the neighborhood? These kids are doomed thanks to feel-good liberalism.
