Reason 91 to HomeSchool: Pasty Ginger History Teacher Won’t Bang Your 14 Year Old Son

Child rape is all the more horrifying when the teacher is puffy, pale and pathetic.  Meet Alison Mosbeck.  She is a married mother of two who is really into child rape.  And being a child rapist, she decided to get a job as a teacher so she could meet some young hot meat.

From KHOU here, along with a video:

A Spring ISD teacher has been charged with having sex with a student. Alison Mosbeck was in court Monday and was released from jail after posting bonds totalling $80,000.

Three weeks ago, the Pct. 4 constable’s office received a tip that a teacher at Spring’s Dueitt Middle School was having a sexual relationship with a 14-year-old student.  Following an investigation by its own police department, Spring ISD put Mosbeck on administrative leave.

Late last week, the Harris County District Attorney’s Office filed four felony charges against the 34-year-old Mosbeck, who went to work for the district two years ago. She faces one count of inappropriate relationship between teacher and student and three counts of felony sexual assault.

A probable cause affidavit says the first contact was in November of 2006. The boy told authorities that Mosbeck masturbated him in the car as they two left a community event.

That was followed by three other counts of sexual assault of a child, all within a five-month period.  It included two hotel visits, where Mosbeck used her credit card to check in or registered under her own name.

Spring ISD police interviewed her, and she did not deny any of the allegations said authorities. Mosbeck has since resigned from school said Spring ISD spokeswoman Regina Curry.

A Google search of her name reveals that Alison often used her real name online for movie reviews and restaurant reviews.  Her Yahoo username was alison774, and a search for that term reveals that Alison was a sucker for soap operas that involved teenager love.  She also submitted a sappy valentine line for a 2005 contest that said,

“Love is not having to think about it, because you just know.”

I think its apparent that Alison did very little thinking about love.  She will likely be divorced and lose custody of her children over this.  But it seems she wanted to get caught.  She was busted when she was sending pornographic text messages to the student, and his Mom read them.  And she used her real name and credit card number to get a hotel room for her rape sessions.  Not too smart for a teacher.

Do not talk about fight club. Oops.

    Hey Nacho,

If it’s in MY house, I am not afraid to search through it. I’m no bastard, I know my father, and he is still married to my mother. Go dry your back.

  • mommasaysimspecial

Back on the topic at hand, IMHO, she will enter a plea of no contest, never be able to teach in the state of Texas, and get 2 years probation. But… her arraignment hearing was to be November 29. Any idea on how that went?

Back to Nacho, I never said she had sex with him. Regardless, any teacher who gets high with his/her students should not be allowed near a child. It was not a case of “Whoops, I sent a text message to the wrong phone.” You are a pathetic smear of aged, whino smegma.

  • Springback,

I don’t typically post email addresses, but Joe was making some claims that should have been checked out. If he is a teacher that works with Alison, he shouldn’t be smearing the victim in this case. He probably shouldnt be commenting at all if he is still an employee of the school system.

And I don’t take kindly to anonymous legal threats.

  • springback2211

Pat, the guy is like many of us out there and do not want to see someone “railroaded” on what are false accusations. Sitting up there in PA the view is alot cloudier than it is here. I, for one, am glad that someone in the teaching community has stepped foward. It is not always easy when the charges are so horrible, but setting an example to our kids that you have to stand up for what is right – even when it is hard to do, is important. The “alledged” victim is simply a vandalising drug user that after being busted one too many times thinks he has found a way out. The reason why “mommasaysimspecial” is so defensive is because he knows very well about the vandalism charges – VERY well. That isn’t missinformation, it is fact.

  • Springback,

No one is applauding anyone getting railroaded around here. And sure, I’m all for teachers defending their own, provided the defense is not abusive.

I have no doubt that the kid in this case is a bad kid. But I have also seen other cases where the teacher is in fact, attracted to the bad kid.

  • springback2211

I am pretty sure the facts will bear out that “assault” info is all bogus. We will just have to wait and see.

  • Maybe so. If its the case, we should be hearing from lawyers for the defense about motions to dismiss.

  • mommasaysimspecial

Springback, i’m not being defensive. just stating the outcome of the court. No, he was not alone. there were 4 who tagged a school. Please do tell us about the drug charges you know about. As for the sex, there was a 3 week investigation, cel phone records, emails, myspace logs, and such. The boy didn’t go to the police with accusations, the police went to him. They felt there was enough to run with. She was not asked to resign but advised to do so by her attorney. Sex or not, she was soliciting drugs from a student and getting high with other students. She’s not somebody i want around my kids. You can let her spend time with yours.

  • springback2211

Oh, I know your reporting it led the police to her, no doubt. The kid was backed against a wall with drug issues, that cannot be denied no matter how good of friends your child and he are. Glad you are at least trying to right the path of yours.

  • mommasaysimspecial

Okay, so lets review yours and nacho’s logic. The kid was arrested for drugs at least twice before (untrue – if he was, the courts wouldn’t have been so leanient on him for the tresspassing/criminal mischief charges). He was backed up against the wall, so he lied about the whole Mosbeck thing to avoid the drug charges knowing full well that he would be in a whole lot more trouble when the “truth” comes out at a trial. The drug charges would be reinstated, he would have purgered himself, and not to mention the civil procedings soon to follow. Since it is not a case of a child running to the cops to say, “she touched me in my private places,” but instead the cops saying there is enough evidence to follow through with, with full backing from the DA. Now, let’s go with other stuff we know (as per the news). After a 3 week investigation, she was arrested. The news reports then say that she is out on bail and due in court for her arraignment hearing on November 29. Nacho mentioned the grand jury. Normally after the grand jury, comes the arraignment. If a person admits to a crime during the police questioning, there is no longer a need for a grand jury. She did not deny the charges. I am sure that her attorney advised her to keep her mouth shut.

Of course I could be wrong. Stranger things have happened.

Springback, you obviously know who I am, if you are who I believe you are, your son’s name was mentioned during the line of questioning. And he’s not the innocent one that you believe. Don’t take it personally. If you’re not who I think you are, belay my last.

Nacho calling people a bunch of pitchfork-yielding hillbilly morons… that from a guy in a skirt driving a General Lee clone… Yee-Haww….

Oh yes, he mentions libel. I’ll mention to him, SLANDER. I wonder how the boys parents would react to his comments… I wonder how the school board would react to their teacher of the year’s comments.

  • Pat, why do you feel the need to violate your webpage’s “Email Address (*private)” promise whenever someone disagrees with you? That’s pretty chicken shit to use your webmaster privileges to “out” people as a weapon, but don’t have the nads to post your own personal information? Weak dude… weak.

What’s really funny is that you think I’d put my real email address. I had a feeling that you bags of shit couldn’t be trusted and if I did gave my real email you would post it to the world anyway. Seems that’s what you do when you have no real argument to present.

My apologies to Joe who is over at the other side of the district from Dueitt at Wells Middle. He never taught at Dueitt as a classroom teacher, although he used to sub at Dueitt when he was in college, but that was before Alison graced us with her presence so he didn’t really know her except for maybe an introduction at some district history teacher meeting. Now I need to contact him and let his kilt-wearin’ ass know I used him as a beard.

You ask why do I feel the need to blame the “victim” of this crime? I ask you since when does an accusation or a citizen utilizing their Miranda righs equate to quilt? This is America, damnit. You guys would fit in so much better in Iran.

You are right about me being a teacher in Houston, but the fact is that I like to defend the falsely accused. Call me crazy that way. Did you check those links I gave you? I noticed you didn’t have even one comment about those. Those are all true stories and there are millions more like them.

My yearbook signatures and macaroni art projects hanging on my refrigerator bring me TONS of comfort, actually (What do you have to show you’ve ever impacted anyone’s life?) But it is unrelated to the fact that Alison Mosbeck is innocent until proven guilty, and nothing you say will change that. As I’ve said before, if they find her guilty, then I’ll pick up the pitch-forks and storm the castle with y’all, but not a day before. That is un-American.

Even if your treacherous ass did find out who I really was, me writing on here and argueing with you is no risk to my job by any means. Here’s why:

    1) I never presented myself as an employee of the school district, and never claimed to speak for the district. All I said was I was a teacher. You are the one trying to figure out where I work(ed) and force me into the “spokesman” chair.

    2) Alison has not been convicted of or proven guilty of anything, so I am free to defend her “innocent until proven guilty” status all I want. It would be a different story if she confessed or was proven guilty and I defended her… but she hasn’t, so I’m all good.

    3) I have a contract through the end of 2009. Before my contract can be torn up I have to be put on PAID leave while the due process hearings get lined up. I would get to stay home, sleep late, and play Xbox 360 for weeks (maybe months) while all that went down, and in the end there would be no proof that I violated the laws of Texas or the terms of my contract. I would enjoy the free paid vacation though.

You claim that “teachers assault way more kids that catholic priests ever did.” I would like to see the statistics on that. Unless you pulled it out of your ass like everything else.

The only personal stake I have is that I believe in America and what it stands for, and it makes me sick to see people shit on that and railroad people based soley on what they heard on TV.

Momma says – Fine, if it’s in YOUR house and it’s YOUR kid, do what you gotta do. But searching through other people’s kids’ stuff, is a tad on the Nazi side (or, the sick freak who gets his jollies reading through his son’s friend’s stuff side.)

I like how what was probably a joke text message to cheer a kid up after that kid got busted for drugs gets turned into “Oh Jesus, she was doing drugs with the students! AAAAH!” You people need hobbies.

You say you know your father, but I doubt it… you actually just know the guy who your mother told you and him was your father. Some poor guy who spent hundreds of thousands of dollars raising some pool boy’s son.

“Go dry my back?” Tisk, tisk… I am glad I am not arguing on the side of this racist like you are, Pat. Be careful of the company you keep.

Pat… are you really so sensitive that you don’t know the difference between friendly legal advice and “anonymous legal threats?” Sad. Very sad.

You are so full of crap, Pat. You say that no one is applauding anyone getting railroaded around here, when you are the goofy fuck in the little engineer hat tooting an imaginary horn. You even say that you’re all for teachers defending their own, provided the defense is not abusive… but you have no problem being abusive in your prosecution of a woman who has not even had the benefit of a trial yet. You should know that the way you have conducted yourself has made it impossible for me to have even a shred of respect for you.

Mommasays… your last arguement would be air-tight if you weren’t assuming that the kid with a rap sheet was someone who employed logic in his decisions. Factor that into your equations and see what you get.

Your slander warning is a little off the mark. While I mentioned before that the 1st amendment is not a defense for libel, TRUTH is a defense for slander. 🙂

As for the school board, what exactly would you tell them? “This guy who used Joe’s (a decorated combat zone veteran) email claimed online that Alison Mosbeck is innocent until proven guilty, then spoke poorly of a kid who vandalizes schools and does drugs?” I believe you would be escorted out of the meeting.

Also… teacher of the year? Joe’s still wet behind the ears, how did he get district teacher of the year in your ming? It was just like yesterday when he was in college (on his GI Bill… go ahead and try to defame that guy) subbing for us. You two have some serious fact-checking issues to work on. The teacher of the year was some lady over at Westfield High School.

Off the subject… I now feel guilty that I put Joe’s email because he had nothing to do with this (then again, it SHOULD have been safe because the site promises emails will be kept private), but I have to stick up for him on the General Lee thing. That shit is AWESOME!!

  • Joe,
You can claim it wasn’t you or you were using a sock puppet- whichever, your new claims that you are still somehow anonymous just doesn’t wash. I know its you.

And to praise yourself, insult yourself and then praise yourself as someone anonymous is almost as curious as your need to keep defending a child-touching teacher.

I have said before that “innocent until proven guilty” only applies to jury instructions in a court of law. It is no more unamerican for me to write about Mosbeck’s sexual perversions than it is for you to hide behind your teachers’ union job to claim you can’t be fired for speaking for the school district.

And stop calling people nazis you incompetent stooge. You should google “Godwin’s law” and see how your quick comparisons to Nazi’s mean you already lost this argument.

Its funny that liberals are always about “it takes a village to raise a child” until some villager points out that a teacher is a pervert. Then the concerned parents who do so are the jackboot thugs, nazis, fascists, etc.

  • You’ve left me with no choice to be anonymous since you can’t be trusted to keep your word to honor commentators’ privacy.

Blame Joe all you want, doesn’t bother me. It should actually turn out quite funny.

You are not a very good reader, are you? I said pretty specifically that I never claimed to ever be affiliated with the district, and I still haven’t. So I am in the clear.

You are all Nazis. “Guilty because I heard about it on TV until proven innocent” was my first sign.

You morons have no concept of the difference between defending a person’s presumption of innocence and defending what that person is accused of. They are not on ein the same. Do your best to rap your feeble minds around that.

  • I just realized you have yet to address the following:

    1) The cowardly way you broke your email(*private) promise just to try to get even with someone.

    2) The links I sent about teachers being fasly accused

    3) Oh, wait… those links I provided ARE GONE! I don’t fucking believe you went back and edited my post because it made too good of a point against you. You are one pathetic sack of crap.

  • Joe, regarding your lame ass links about students lying about teachers, you provided exactly 3. 2 of which were in the UK. You will have to be more substantive than that to get me to let you post your propaganda.

You want lists? Here is a list.
Notice your kid-touching friend tops it.

  • You asked for statistics on teachers raping more kids than catholic priests ever did. Its at a ratio of 100 to 1.

According to a major 2004 study commissioned by the U.S. Department of Education – the most in-depth investigation to date – nearly 10 percent of U.S. public school students have been targeted with unwanted sexual attention by school employees.

Titled “Educator Sexual Misconduct: A Synthesis of Existing Literature,” the report says the mistreatment of students ranges from sexual comments to rape. In fact, says the study’s author Charol Shakeshaft, professor of educational administration at Hofstra University in Hempstead, N.Y., the scope of the school-sex problem appears to far exceed the clergy-abuse scandal that has recently rocked the Roman Catholic Church.

Comparing the incidence of sexual misconduct in schools with the Catholic Church scandal, Shakeshaft notes that a recent study by the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops concluded 10,667 young people were sexually mistreated by priests between 1950 and 2002.

In contrast, she extrapolates from a national survey conducted for the American Association of University Women Educational Foundation in 2000 that roughly 290,000 students experienced some sort of physical sexual abuse by a public school employee between 1991 and 2000.

The figures suggest “the physical sexual abuse of students in schools is likely more than 100 times the abuse by priests,” said Shakeshaft, according to Education Week.

My problem with this blog, like most, that they are done without the full body of the evidence and they judge immediatley. Many of the charges in this case will prove false over time, yet this site irresponsibly post it as factual guilt – huge difference. But hey, it is your website, post that the moon is made of cheese if you so choose – nothing here has to be proven to be posted. Funny, EVERYTHING I have posted here has been fact.

  • Joe aka Nacho,
You continue to be abusive and I have placed your comments in moderation.

If you want a soapbox to spout your angry hatred toward christians, try using your own website.

  • mammasaysimspecial

    Nacho,

Your arguments would be more credible if you wouldn’t resort to the same tactics of a child, name calling. Go dry your back could be implying that you just got out of the shower, and I wouldn’t want you to catch cold. So, prove I am a racist. A decorating veteran… whoopee… can’t swing a dead cat without hitting one. They are everywhere. I wouldn’t have gone through his text messages if 1) phone was not in the possession of my son, 2) there was no reason to 3) or if it was locked. I am not on the jury and will not be on the jury, therefore, I do not have to assume she is innocent. Next you will be saying it could have been one of her daughters using the phone. If it resulted in his arrest, you would be the first one to cheer about t it. Since his name has not been released to the public, and will not for at least 3 more years, you do not know for sure who the individual involved is. You are going by the rumors of lying children. Springback, can you prove your allegations about the drug charges? Are you going by the rumors of children as well? Or the rumors of adults? Regardless, they are rumors. Provide me with proof. I would love to know. Are you saying that you should be believed simply because you say it? Bottom line, I know what I read, YOU do not. Did she have sexual relations with a 14 year old? There are only 2 people who can answer that, I am not one of those, and neither are you. If she wants to smoke pot, fine. If she wants wants to star in a bukake movie, fine. If she wants to do a donkey show in Tijuana, who cares. But when she involves a student, there is a problem. Springback, If you are who I think you are, didn’t your son run with the alledged victim as well?

    Good day.

  • mommasaysimspecial

Excuse me, Texas History Teacher of the Year.

  • Hello Grand Jury-

A grand jury will decide if there’s enough evidence against a former middle school teacher accused of having sex with a student.

Alison Mosbeck appeared in court today. Prosecutors say she had sex with a seventh grader while she was a teacher at Dueitt Middle School in Spring. The case is being referred to a grand jury.

  • Nachito

Hello coward who deletes other people’s posts because he is a scared little baby with the inability to retort verbally.

  • Nachito

It’s less “progress” and more “old news.” There hasn’t even been a judging of the evidence yet but Pat wants to go ahead and crucify her anyway.

    What a commie.
