Carlton Davis, Minnesota Toe Licker

There are just some mugshots which are almost self-explanatory.  The DUI mugshot of Nick Nolte, for instance.  You could look at that and say, “Yep, the dude was sloshed.” 

Or George Dalmas, the CIA Panty Sniffer.  You can look at that photo and agree, “Yes, its obvious that guy is a dangerous creep.”

Now comes Carlton Davis, a street mugger in St. Paul, Minnesota.  In addition to taking the purse, wallet and jewelry from his victims, he also demands to lick their toes.  Judging by his picture, its obvious, right?  The dude looks Cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs.
