Giant Newborn Baby Girl

Thanks to Neatorama for the link to the Flikr site showing Ron Mueck’s sculpture being installed at the Ft. Worth modern art museum.  I would love to be able to see some of this odd and creepily lifelike artwork.

“A Girl” is prepared to be installed for the Ron Mueck exhibition at the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth. The exhibition is on view at the Modern through October 21.

My own kid looked something like this (but scaled down, of course) when he was born-  puffy, wrinkled and unhappy.
