Michael Vick Up On Federal Charges

I am so happy this scumbag has been indicted.

Serves this filthy piece of crap right for what he did. Mike Vick bought a house in Smithfield Virginia just so he could hang out with his old buddies from High School and his country-bumpkin no-good family and get pit bulls to fight each other. He would buy pit bull puppies from all over the country and teach them to fight. The ones that didn’t survive were either:

• Electrocuted several times until they died
• Hung from a tree with rope and beaten
• Thrown into a pool of water with a heavy weight tied to them so they drowned.
• Beaten to a bloody pulp by body slamming the animal to the concrete

I call on the NFL to immediately fire Mike Vick for this disgusting cruelty to these animals.

The federal indictment is at the Smoking Gun. Its a federal charge due to conspiracy and interstate transportation with the intent to commit crimes. Vick faces six years in jail if convicted. Later asshole! Have fun in prison Ron Mexico!

According to prosecutors, Vick and his cohorts began purchasing pit bull puppies in late-2001 and would eventually “sponsor” individual dog fights with purses as high as $26,000. In the indictment’s most harrowing parts, federal investigators describe what happened to some Bad Newz Kennels dogs that either lost matches or did not perform well in test fights. After a March 2003 loss by a female pit bull, codefendant Purnell Peace, “after consulting with Vick,” electrocuted the animal. In April, prosecutors allege, Vick, Peace, and Quanis Phillips, “executed approximately 8 dogs that did not perform well in ‘testing’ sessions.” These animals, the indictment claims, were killed “by various methods, including hanging, drowning, and slamming at least one dog’s body to the ground.”

As a reminder, dogs are still dying because of this villain. Because the remaining animals from Vick’s illegal dogfighting are having to be sheltered in public shelters, other animals that could be adopted are being euthanized.
