Communism Brings Mouse Plagues

If you are one of those ninnies (Giddy!) who wants to cry every time I say that other cultures suck compared to ours, you might want to look away, ’cause I’m about to do it again. 

 

You see, the problem with those Commies that run China is they don’t value human or animal life.  They strictly enforce a one child per family policy, and even go as far as to force abortions on those that don’t comply.

And instead of setting up veterinarian offices to distribute rabies shots for animals, the Commies instead send out gangs of people to club dogs in the street, piling up their carcasses, and even selling the fur for clothing to be worn in the United States, P Diddy!

And the cats?  Well, that’s just food of course.  Cats are routinely rounded up-  even family pets, right out of the yard, and they are thrown in huge box trucks.   Thousands at a time!  To be sent to the southern part of the country to feed people.

The power of the Internet has saved more than 800 cats from being skinned and served up on Chinese dinner tables.
 
About 30 animal lovers rushed to a parking lot in Shanghai after reading an Internet posting sparked by animal rights activist Huo Puyang that said two trucks carrying cats in wooden boxes had been intercepted.

The felines were on their way to the booming southern province of Guangdong, where some residents pride themselves as gourmets who will eat anything that flies, crawls or swims.

And what happens when all of the country’s cats are rounded up as food?  Yep, bring on the plagues of mice and the diseases that ride with them!

People living in communities surrounding a large shallow lake have been overrun by field mice after floodwaters drove the rodents out of islands on the lake, state media reported Monday.
 
The mouse invasion began on June 23 when the Yangtze River flooded, raising the water level in central China’s Dongting Lake and submerging mouse holes on lake islands, the official Xinhua News Agency said.

Now, an estimated 2 billion mice are ravaging crops in 22 counties around the lake, and authorities were rushing to construct walls and ditches to keep the rodents out. Residents have killed more than 2.3 million field mice — or 90 tons of the rodents, Xinhua said.

So what would you call a culture that eats its cats, clubs its dogs, and aborts anything that could be called “brother or sister?”  Disgusting and bankrupt come to mind.
