Stoners on Myspace

Smoking pot makes you stupid. Just ask Charlotte County Florida resident David Carroll who posted photos of his dope on his Myspace profile and bragged how he was chronically stoned and would sell dope to other Myspace users. Turns out that cops have their own Myspace profiles too. Carroll agreed to meet at a gas station to sell two ounces of dope to someone who turned out to be undercover cops.

A Charlotte County teen is accused of using the internet to sell marijuana to police. Seventeen year old David Carroll boldly posted on his MySpace page that he smokes pot and sells it. He even posted a picture of his pot, what weed is best for you, and captioned pictures “stoned like always.”

Carroll told undercover police on MySpace he would meet them at a local gas station.

“He said that he would sell me 2 ounces of marijuana,” said Detective Thomas Lewis of the Punta Gorda Police Department.

When Carroll showed up, police were ready for him and quickly made an arrest.
