Lab Says Duke Lacrosse Stripper is a Whore

Just coming out on Fox News is a story that a private lab in North Carolina found multiple semen samples inside of Janette Rivers, the accuser in the Duke Lacrosse case. The kicker is that none of the DNA samples inside of Rivers belonged to anyone on the Duke Lacrosse team. When I get a copy of a written story about the DNA, I will post it below.

A congressman has also called for the Department of Justice to bring charges of prosecutorial misconduct against Mike Nifong. This story is here from the AP:

DURHAM, N.C. – A congressman asked the Justice Department on Tuesday to investigate whether the district attorney prosecuting three Duke University lacrosse players charged with rape has violated the athletes’ civil rights.

In a letter to Attorney General Alberto Gonzales, Rep. Walter Jones also asked the Justice Department to review Durham County District Attorney Mike Nifong’s actions for possible prosecutorial misconduct.

“Over the past several months, many of my constituents and a growing number of mainstream media outlets have raised serious questions about the accuser’s allegations and Mr. Nifong’s prosecution,” wrote Jones.

Update. AP has the DNA story. All I can say is “Eww, Gross!” There was DNA from several men in Rivers’ vagina and in her underwear. None of the DNA belongs to anyone on the Lacrosse team. Its a good thing no one tried to rape her. The rapist would have likely caught an STD. Sheesh, why wouldn’t she make all of her men wear a condom before she had sex with them?

RALEIGH, N.C. – DNA testing in the Duke lacrosse rape case found genetic material from several males in the accuser’s body and her underwear ? but none from any team member, defense attorneys said in court papers Wednesday.

The papers were filed by attorneys for the three lacrosse players charged, Reade Seligmann, Collin Finnerty and David Evans. They complained that the information about DNA from other men was not disclosed in a report prosecutors provided earlier this year to the defense.

The testing was conducted at a private laboratory for the prosecution.

“This is strong evidence of innocence in a case in which the accuser denied engaging in any sexual activity in the days before the alleged assault, told police she last had consensual sexual intercourse a week before the assault, and claimed that her attackers did not use condoms and ejaculated,” the defense said.
