Duke Lacrosse Stripper is a Stupid Whore

I’m not a Duke fan at all. I hate their basketball team, and was so happy when the Maryland Lady Terps beat them for the finals this year. But I have heard quite a bit about the Duke Lacrosse Team being accused by a stripper of rape, and have withheld my opinion until more of the facts were in.

My conclusion is that the stripper that is accusing the Duke Men’s Lacrosse Team of rape is a stupid whore. I’m not saying she wasn’t assaulted. I’m not saying that the Duke’s Mens Lacrosse Team aren’t a bunch of privileged asshole men. I’m not saying that the prosecutor should drop the investigation.

But from the point of view of risk analysis, the stripper was going to be sexually assaulted sometime or another, and she is not above lying about the whole situation. The woman is an alcoholic who trades sexual favors for money. Professionally, she is a stripper. She also takes jobs to attend private parties and perform stripper-like services, which, lets face it- her job is to give men hard-ons. She gets paid for these services, so this makes her a whore.

Why is she stupid? Because she continues to put herself in dangerous situations where the risk of permanent injury is very great. She compounds this risk by engaging in alcohol abuse, and takes no steps to guard her safety while she performs her job to give men hard-ons.

DURHAM, N.C. – A woman who claims she was raped by members of Duke University’s lacrosse team was described as “just passed-out drunk” by one of the first police officers to see her, according to a recording of radio traffic obtained Thursday by The Associated Press.

The conversation between the officer and a police dispatcher took place about 1:30 a.m. March 14, about five minutes after a grocery store security guard called 911 to report a woman in the parking lot who would not get out of someone else’s car.

The officer gave the dispatcher the police code for an intoxicated person and said the woman was unconscious. When asked whether she needed medical help, the officer said: “She’s breathing and appears to be fine. She’s not in distress. She’s just passed-out drunk.”

The black woman, a 27-year-old stripper and college student, told police she was raped and beaten by three white men around midnight at an off-campus party thrown by Duke’s lacrosse team. The racially charged allegations have led Duke to cancel the highly ranked team’s season and accept the resignation of its coach.

No charges have been filed, but District Attorney Mike Nifong has said he believes a crime was committed. Attorneys for the players have said DNA tests failed to connect any players to the alleged attack, and they have urged Nifong to drop his investigation.

The radio recordings, obtained by the AP through a records request, are the first instance in which police or anyone connected with the investigation has said the woman appeared to be intoxicated.

Defense lawyers, however, have said time-stamped photographs taken by the players show that the accuser was drunk and already had suffered some injuries when she arrived at the house for the party.

The description of the woman’s medical exam, which Nifong has said is his basis for believing a rape occurred, does not mention her being drunk. It states only that the woman’s injuries and behavior were consistent with having been raped, sexually assaulted and having suffered a traumatic experience.

The woman has told police she and another stripper hired to dance at the party arrived at 11:30 p.m. March 13. The pair reportedly left the house a short time later, fearing for their safety. The accuser told police the two were coaxed back into the house with an apology, at which point they were separated. That’s when she said she was dragged into a bathroom and raped, beaten and choked for a half hour.

At 12:53 a.m., police received a 911 call from a woman complaining that she had been called racial slurs by white men gathered outside the home where the party took place.

Okay, the woman was stupid. She showed up drunk to give a bunch of horny men services designed to get them hard-ons. This is not a good idea if you are concerned about safety. this is something you do to get your nerve up and lower your inhibitions. Apparently, she thought twice about it and could have walked away. But she was stupid and decided to do it anyways.

When cops were first called, the complaint was about racial slurs. Not rape. Would a drunk woman make up an accusation about rape in order to avoid being arrested for drunk-in-public? Especially if that woman already had DUI offenses on her record? Would a woman claim rape to avoid accusations about probation violations?

Alleged Rape Victim Had Past Brush With Law

RALEIGH, N.C. — Allegations made by a woman who told police that she was gang-raped by three Duke University men’s lacrosse athletes have raised questions about the character, credibility and behavior of all those involved.

New information about the victim has been divulged, concerning charges arising from an incident that occurred several years ago. According to a 2002 police report, the woman, currently a 27-year-old student at North Carolina Central University, gave a taxi driver a lap dance at a Durham strip club. Subsequently, according to the report, she stole the man’s car and led deputies on a high-speed chase that ended in Wake County.

Apparently, the deputy thought the chase was over when the woman turned down a dead-end road near Brier Creek, but instead she tried to run over him, according to the police report.

Additional information notes that her blood-alcohol level registered at more than twice the legal limit.

The case was resolved when she admitted she made a mistake, paid restitution and served probation and some jail time.

Okay, so the woman was on probation. Telling a lie in order to avoid an additional stint in jail could be a motive. The article goes on to say that the woman is a mother of two. I say that Child Protective Services should visit the woman and take her children to be raised by a proper mother.

Did the woman deserve to be raped? Of course not. No one does. But to claim that this is a racial issue, or to claim that this is a case of a poor victim verses privileged white students is a sham and an excuse to cover up for the poor behavior of a woman. But given the facts, it is hardly a shock that the woman would fall victim to a sexual assault crime. The woman engages in extremely risky behavior, drinks excessively, and is certainly not around to raise her two children if she is off working to give men hard-ons.

Once the woman gets some counselling and can prove that she can be a good mom, maybe she can petition the court to get her kids back.
